FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used for prevention of freezing of cleaning equipment in lubricator during cleaning of tubing from asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD), for example, in operating conditions on flooded wells. When implementing method, lubricator tee is connected with manifold by flushing line, flow of oil-water well products with temperature of about 5–10 °C is directed into lubricator upper part, wherein scraping is performed for cleaning of tubing string from ARPD, the scraper is heated with the flow of the warm borehole product till its free movement inside the lubricator, afterwards the well product flow is redirected to the discharge line.

EFFECT: higher reliability of well treatment equipment with high water cut, simplified technology.
