FIELD: hydropower, in particular apparatuses that generate electricity by converting the energy of sea waves on sea coasts.
SUBSTANCE: The coastal wave power plant contains horizontally arranged energy converters 2, made in the form of a hollow bearing shaft, to which the blades are attached at an angle. Converters 2 have a common shaft with a gearbox 4 in the middle part. The common shaft with converters 2 is connected to the shaft of the electric generator 1 through a reducer 4. The ends of the common shaft are inserted into sections 5 of the power plant housing filled with water and fixed to the ground, having a tank 6 filled with air that is freely deflected in one direction. The electric generator 1 is connected to the battery and the power system of consumers through the control system.
EFFECT: The present invention enables to increase the efficiency of the use of sea tides for the generation of electricity through the accumulation of additional volumes of water.
