FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric power engineering, in particular to hybrid power plants, and can be used for electric power generation. Tidal-wind pumped storage power plant comprises a sea tidal basin created by tidal dam 1 with orthogonal hydraulic turbines 3, general station structures, buildings and equipment complexes located on the sea shore section in dam circuit 1. Power plant is equipped with wind power plants 6 located on dam 1, and a pumped storage basin created on the high seashore and connected to the sea tidal basin by high-pressure pipelines 9 and high-pressure reversible water conduits 10 with hydroturbine pump units 2, including turbines 3, and reversible hydrogenerators 5, respectively. Dam 1 is made in coastal form with closed circuit or in the form of sea berth of pier type. Part of dam 1 is directly sea shore. Power plants 6 supply electric energy to hydrogenerators 5 located in dam 1 or installed directly in the sea water area in the form of floating or stationary power plants.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the efficiency of using the potential of primary sources of renewable energy and providing the possibility of compensating for irregularities in their daily cycles, as well as in other time intervals.
