FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device relates to measuring equipment and can be used in control and sorting machines operating in the conditions of production and in-line repair of roller bearings. The device comprises fixed radial supports for basing the roller during measurement and sensors for measuring the diameter and length of the rollers. The device also comprises mechanisms and drives that provide reciprocating and reciprocating axial movement of the roller relative to the measuring tips of the sensors of the diameter and length of the rollers to remove dirt.
EFFECT: present invention increases the accuracy of automatic measurement of the diameter and length of the rollers, as well as minimizes the measurement time when sorting the rollers for various purposes.
