FIELD: cards with a metal layer production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing cards with a metal layer and a contactless interface. The method includes the steps at which blanks of metal layers of the card are formed for 1-9 cards, positioned by marking blanks containing holes for chips on a solid sheet of metal with fixing each blank using four technological jumpers on four sides, the first one is attached to the adhesive sheet of metal, then a sheet of a material that absorbs electromagnetic radiation, with holes for installing a contactless interface chip, coaxial with the holes for installing chips on a metal sheet, and a second adhesive sheet is attached, from the side of the metal sheet, all technological slots are filled with figured plastic inserts, with the sides of the second sheet of adhesive are attached to the antenna sheet, the printed sheet and the protective layer of the transparent film, a plastic plug is installed in the holes for the chips, the wire is wound on the side of the plastic farthest from the metal layer, the layers are laminated by placing the layers between two polished metal sheets of the laminator, through which pressure and temperature are transferred to the layers, while from the side of the metal layer a heat-resistant elastic material is laid into the laminator, during lamination the layers are connected, forming a single package, after lamination, a protective coating is applied to the side of the package opposite to the metal layer, which is a polyethylene film with an adhesive layer of temporary fixation, and an image is applied to the front side of the blanks, then the blanks are cut out of the sheet by means of a CNC engraving machine, having previously been fixed on the machine table by means of vacuum clamp, and also seats for the installation of chips are formed, each chip is placed and implanted in the seat by means of pressure and temperature. In another embodiment, for positioning the blanks, a technological lodgement is used, the thickness being equal to the thickness of the metal blank, in which there are through windows equal in size to the card blank.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of card production due to the precise positioning of card blanks on the sheet.
