FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for extraction and use of geothermal heat. A method for installation of geothermal heat exchangers for extraction of low-potential heat includes mounting to the ground of a stopper ring, in which a well equipment unit is fixed, this ring is used as a support structure, and after completion of works – as a caisson chamber of a geothermal collector. For immersion of a probe into the ground, a ground piercing technology is used in a combination with an extracted pneumatic hammer or pneumatic punch. A working column consisting of rods interconnected with a threaded connection is used as a channel for supplying compressed air to the pneumatic hammer or pneumatic punch. The main passage tool is the pneumatic hammer or pneumatic punch. The use of a hydraulic drive during passage is necessary only on soft, viscous, easily compacted grounds. The pneumatic hammer or pneumatic punch is located inside the working rod and is connected to the working column by a threaded method. The pneumatic hammer or pneumatic punch is disconnected from the working column and extracted from a well through the working column being in the well, used as a casing pipe for immersion of the geothermal probe into the well. The working column is extracted using the hydraulic drive, sequentially disassembling the working column, tamping is not used in equipment of the well. The well equipment unit is not moved from one place to another, but rotated on a vertical axis inside the ring for the following piercing direction.
EFFECT: use of a ground piercing method in a combination with an extracted pneumatic hammer or pneumatic punch for mounting of geothermal probes, which causes departure from previously implemented methods for installation of geothermal probes, using drilling and forced to use all tools used in a drilling technology.
