FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to method, presser rod is located in preliminarily drilled pioneer bore-hole. Placed in designed pipeline is bailer for receiving ground, and blade section is installed in its head part. Then bailer is connected with pressure rod with simultaneous dipping in ground mass of blade section and bailer by applying axial force to pressure rod. After filling bailer with ground, it is removed for subsequent unloading. Unloaded bailer is moved to head part of designed pipeline and connected with it. Then, pipeline together with bailer is moved until resting against blade section. Device has blade section with thrust protrusion, ground receiving bailer has central hole in its bottom. Pressure rod is provided with units for moving bailer in forward and reverse directions. There is unit for connecting bailer with pipeline. Blade section is located coaxially outside head part of pipeline and can be axially moved along pipeline within restricted range. Thrust protrusion of blade section can interact with bailer and/or with designed pipeline. EFFECT: high efficiency. 7 cl, 7 dwg
