FIELD: metal industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal industry, in particular to Cu-containing non-textured electrical steel sheet. The sheet is made of steel with a chemical composition including the following elements, wt%: 0<C≤0.003, Si: 0.1-2.0, Mn: 0.1-0.55, S: up to 0.004, Cu: 0.02-0.2, Al: 0.1-1.0, Fe and inevitable impurities - the rest, where P≤0.2, N≤0.003 and O≤0.003% are inevitable impurities. The steel sheet elemental content satisfies the following condition: 60≤([Mn]+[Cu]/2)/[S]≤140. The sheet purity is high and the sheet has required magnetic properties.
EFFECT: invention may be used as a material for the motors, compressors and electrical equipment iron cores manufacturing.
