FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to a sheet of electrical steel, and can be used for the manufacture of an iron core of a transformer. Non-textured electrical steel sheet including, in addition to iron and unavoidable impurities, the following chemical elements, wt.%: 0<C≤0.0025, Si: 0.2-1.6, Mn: 0.2-0.6, Al: 0.2-0.6, V: 0.0031-0.008, N: 0.002-0.0045, 0<Nb≤0.003 and 0<Ti≤0.003. Non-textured electrical steel sheet manufacturing method includes the molten steel melting and pouring to produce the slab, the slab hot rolling and coiling to produce the steel roll, wherein steel coil is not subjected to normalizing annealing or annealing in bell-type furnace after hot rolling but is directly transferred to next step. Further, method includes acid etching to obtain an acid-etched steel sheet, cold rolling of acid-etched steel sheet to obtain a cold-rolled steel sheet and continuous annealing, wherein cold-rolled steel sheet is heated to preset holding temperature of 800-1000 °C, at a heating rate of 80-1000 °C/s.

EFFECT: sheet from non-textured electrical steel has losses in iron P15/50 3.2 W/kg or less and magnetic induction B50 1.75 T or more.
