FIELD: heat exchange devices of recuperative type.
SUBSTANCE: water vapor is used as a heating heat carrier; the invention can be implemented in power engineering and various industrial technologies where fluid media are heated. A shell-and-tube steam heat exchanger containing a cylindrical body, with tube sheets welded to the end sides, connected to the tube sheets with cover flanges, inlet and outlet pipes of the heating and heated coolants fixed with their ends in the holes of the tube sheets, heat exchange tubes, a regulating body installed on the line condensate outlet is additionally equipped with a collector welded to the lower part of the housing; there are through nozzle holes on the housing wall covered by the collector, the branch pipe for the inlet of the heating coolant is installed on the collector; the branch pipe for the outlet of the heating coolant installed on the lower part of the housing is connected to a vertical riser; the regulating body is located on a vertical riser, an air vent and a vacuum interrupter are installed on the upper part of the body.
EFFECT: expanded temperature range of regulation of the thermal treatment process of the target product; the elimination of losses with passing steam and the increase in the efficiency of the heat exchanger.
