SUBSTANCE: kit for making doors or windows with a magnetic induction closing device containing a magnetic induction latch and at least one magnetic induction anchor, wherein said magnetic induction latch is inserted into the first opening of the housing and contains the first connecting plate made with the possibility of attachment to the end surface of the panel, and the specified magnetic induction armature is made with the possibility of insertion into the second hole of the housing and contains the first connecting interface, made with the possibility of attaching the specified magnetic induction armature to the frame, and a lock with a mechanical latch, containing a lock body, which contains at least a mechanical latch and a mechanical anchor configured to receive said mechanical latch, wherein the lock body is inserted into the first opening of the body and comprises a second connecting plate, with the possibility of attachment to the end surface of the panel, and the mechanical anchor is made with the possibility of insertion into the second hole of the housing and contains a second connecting interface, configured to attach the specified mechanical anchor to the specified frame. The magnetic induction latch and the lock body are shaped and sized to fit into the first opening of the body. The magnetic induction armature and the mechanical anchor are shaped and sized to fit into the second opening of the housing. The first connection plate and the second connection plate are shaped and sized to fit into the first opening of the housing, the first connection plate and the second connection plate being substantially identical. The first connection interface and the second connection interface are shaped and sized to fit into the second opening of the housing, the first connection interface and the second connection interface being substantially identical. A method for manufacturing doors or windows, as well as a door and a window, is also described.
