FIELD: experimental medicine.
SUBSTANCE: it is used for quick technically simple manipulations on laboratory animals. The device includes a semi-cylindrical body having front, middle and rear parts. The head part is cone-shaped and has a semi-circular ventilation hole on the top. The semi-cylindrical case is 120 mm long and 40 mm high, and its design lacks a base of durable plastic, in the front, middle parts of the device there are vertically elastic straps - 5 mm wide ties with latches, in the back of the strap - a coupler for fixing the animal is located horizontally.
EFFECT: reliable fixation of the animal during quick manipulations, such as injections into the pelvic limbs, tail.
