FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to protect the working blades of the later stages of condensing steam turbines from wet steam erosion of the leading edges of these working blades. A rotor blade for the later stages of condensing steam turbines is proposed; its convex surface in the upper part along the length exposed to erosive wear is made with longitudinally oriented fins in the direction of steam movement with a rib height h≥5 mm at step t≤2mm and with rib thickness δ≤0.5 mm.
EFFECT: reduced energy of force interaction of moisture droplets with streamlined surfaces, protection of the blade from erosive wear, increased vibration reliability of the blade.
