FIELD: radio navigation and radio communications in local navigation.

SUBSTANCE: method for monitoring the spatial and temporal state of a group of moving objects consists in the interaction of N moving objects of the group identical in terms of technical equipment, which include: a device for collecting data and calculating coordinates, a display, a standard radio station, a standard headset, a monitoring control unit, M reference transceivers with known local coordinates, which are spaced apart in space. Ensuring mutual awareness of each moving object about the spatio-temporal state of all objects in the group is provided by determining the own local coordinates of the moving object based on the values of time intervals, proportional to the distances between the moving object and the reference transceivers, measured by interrogation. At the same time, the determination by the moving object of the local coordinates of other moving objects of the group based on the measured values of the time intervals between the interrogation signals of other moving objects and the response signals of the reference transceivers to the requests of other moving objects, received by the equipment of the moving object, is carried out by using information about the own local coordinates of the moving object. The calculation of the local coordinates of the moving object itself and the local coordinates of other moving objects of the group is carried out by a device for collecting data and calculating the coordinates of the moving object by solving systems of linear equations relating the desired coordinates of the moving object, the coordinates of the reference transceivers, and the measured values of time intervals, with further display of the calculated local coordinates of the moving objects on the display screen by one of the well-known methods, for example, in the form of marks on the background of a map of the area.

EFFECT: monitoring of the spatio-temporal state of moving objects without linking the location of objects to a public coordinate system.
