FIELD: associated petroleum gas processing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for the processing of associated petroleum gas (APG) high pressure. An installation is proposed that includes a compressor station 1, heat exchangers 2-4, separators 5-7, a drying unit 8, a demethanizer 9 with a heater, reducing valves 10-14 and an expander 15. APG is divided into two streams, the first is fed to the heater of the demethanizer 9 for cooling and mixed with the second stream, cooled in the heat exchanger 2, and the mixture of streams is separated in the separator 5 to obtain an aqueous condensate and a hydrocarbon stream, which is dried in block 8 and separated into dried gas and dried hydrocarbon condensate, which is reduced in a reducing valve 10 and fed into demethanizer 9. The dried gas is cooled in a multi-flow heat exchanger 3, reduced in a reducing valve 11 and separated in a separator 6 into gas cooled in a heat exchanger 4 and the separation residue, which is reduced in a reducing valve 12 and fed to a demethanizer 9. The cooled gas after the heat exchanger 4 separated in separator 7 into gas and separation residue, which are reduced in expander 15 and reducing vent silt 13, respectively, and is sent to demethanizer 9, from the bottom of which NGL is removed, and dry stripped gas is removed from the top, which is heated in heat exchangers 4, 3 and 2 and removed from the installation. When this multi-flow heat exchanger 3 is cooled by circulating a multi-component refrigerant.

EFFECT: reducing ethane losses and reducing the amount of adsorbent loading.
