FIELD: cryogenic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic engineering and can be used in gas industry for processing hydrocarbon gases. Gas processing plant includes raw gas cleaning and drying unit, fractionation unit, cooling unit 1, separation unit 2, live reflux system 3 and demethanizer 4. During operation of gas processing plant, cleaned and dried natural gas after cleaning and drying unit is divided into two flows, the first flow is supplied to unit 1, and the second flow is supplied to unit 2. Methane-containing gas and circulating irrigations are introduced into unit 1 as coolants, and cooled natural gas is discharged into unit 2, where methane-containing gas is introduced and removed as coolants, as well as methane fraction is introduced, and, in addition, a second stream of cleaned dried natural gas is introduced and removed. First separation gas is discharged from unit 2 and divided into first and second flows. Besides, first separation residue, reflux and second separation residue are discharged from unit 2 into demethanizer 4. In addition, circulating irrigations are introduced into demethanizer 4 and live reflux is introduced. From the bottom of demethanizer 4, a demethanised wide fraction of light hydrocarbons is removed, which is then sent to a fractionation unit, dry stripped gas is discharged from the top and combined with the first part of the first separation gas to form a flow of methane-containing gas. Second part of the first separation gas is supplied to live reflux system 3, from which the methane fraction is removed, live reflux and balance gas, which is mixed with methane-containing gas with formation of a commercial gas flow.
EFFECT: reduced area of heat exchange equipment.
