FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: automobile gas filling compressor station (AGFCS) for drying natural gas in a drying device is claimed. A compressed natural gas dehydration device contains a pipeline system with non-return valves, ball valves, pressure gauge shut-off valves, pressure gauges, two adsorbers connected in parallel and in series, after which there is a pressure maintaining valve and a gas regeneration line with needle valves installed on it, a control valve, throttle valves, an electric heater, a recuperative heat exchanger, safety valves. The device is equipped with a fine filter installed after the regenerated adsorbers, a gas-dynamic temperature stratification device connected to a pressure maintenance valve, a moisture separator, electric ball valves, a rupture device and a purge manifold.
EFFECT: simplification of the design of the AGFCS drying unit, increase in the reliability of its operation, reduction of the required energy costs.
