FIELD: pipeline transport.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises system of pipelines, electrical system, unit for automatic control, and unit for drying and cleaning gas connected with the gas pipeline. The input and output of the plant are interconnected through the pipeline provided with non-return valve. The unit for drying and cleaning gas comprises the systems for drying and cleaning gas, regeneration system with stop air-operated valves, relief system with blowing vessel, and connected in series water-oil separator-filter, two regenerated absorbers connected in parallel, end filter, and check valve at the outlet of the unit. The stop valves of the system for drying and cleaning gas are air-operated. A gas accumulator is connected in parallel to the check valve at the outlet of the unit through the pipelines provided with non-return valves. The gas accumulator is provided with the electropneumatic valves. The outlet gas spaces of the electropneumatic valves are connected with the air-operated drives of the stop valves of the system for drying and cleaning gas through pipelines.
