FIELD: asphalt laying and road marking.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for laying asphalt and marking a road. Racks connect the upper frame with the lower frame. Two satellite dishes, three left and three right stands are attached to the top frame, scaffolds, six boards and walkways are welded. Drums for driving hydraulic pumps are also installed on the upper frame. Six wings are hinged to the lower frame. Three entry frames are attached to the wings. Leads are pivotally attached to the lower frame from below. Chassis rollers are installed on the beam axles. Between the upper frame and the lower frame there are two electrically heated tanks, a black crushed stone bunker, a dense asphalt bunker and two porous asphalt bunkers. Smoothing bars are welded to them from below. Tanks, a cistern and rollers are located between the black crushed stone bunker, dense asphalt bunker and porous asphalt bunkers. Roller control hydraulic cylinders are attached to the racks. Plates are attached to hydraulic hammers from below. A hydraulic accumulator is placed on the lower frame. The hydraulic accumulator contains two springs, two pistons, shock absorbers. Attached to the accumulator are: a supply pipe, a flow pipe, a filling sensor and an emergency discharge pipe. Near the hydraulic accumulator are located: a receiver, a compressor, a generator, a drive hydraulic motor, a primary release receiver. Hydropneumatic cylinders are attached to the lower frame traverse and to the entry frames.

EFFECT: use of the proposed device will make it possible to carry out in one pass a set of works aimed at laying asphalt, compacting it and applying road markings, which helps to increase labor productivity in the construction and repair of roads and improve their quality.
