FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil and gas industry, in particular to devices for oil production, and can be used in the development of oil fields using multi-stage hydraulic fracturing, interval development, acid treatment of the bottomhole zone in one trip. Device for multi-stage hydraulic fracturing (HF) contains upper and lower packers, hydraulic fracturing port, valve, anchor, sleeve locator, piercing device. At the same time, the upper and lower packers are cup-shaped and have at least two cone-shaped cup collars, and the lower the cup packer is provided with holes in the upper part, while the distance between the upper cup packer and the lower cup packer is expanded to select the optimal distance between the packers for processing the required formation intervals, a sub consisting of a centralizer and a sub installed in series for spacing the packers, with the centralizer completing the sequence. Moreover, the number of centralizers and subs for spacing packers rigidly connected to each other is determined by the geological conditions of the well, the circulation valve having a restrictive rib in the upper part of the hollow rod, is in contact with the annular groove located along the inner plane of the lower and upper parts of the circulation valve body, which prevents the injected agent from entering the contour groove of the circulation valve. The downhole container is made with an autonomous device placed in it, which is read after all operations, the magnetic trap contains a cylindrical body with an equal internal cavity, and holes for inserting magnets are made outside the body, secured with a retaining ring. Moreover, the sleeve locator, the centralizer, the port for pumping formation treatment fluid with holes are covered inside and outside with a nickel layer with a thickness of 1 to 100 microns.
EFFECT: technical result consists in carrying out a multi-stage hydraulic fracturing in one trip, reducing the risk of jamming and wear of the device.
