SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the clothing industry, namely to methods for connecting parts of special-purpose clothing of monocomponent materials with a multicomponent coating. For tight connection of the parts of clothing to protect against the effects of the aquatic environment from monocomponent materials with a thickness of 7.00-15.00 mm with a multicomponent coating, the parts are connected with a thread seam and then glued to the materials being connected with a sealing tape. Shears of one of the connected parts are cut at an angle of 120 ° from the upper and lower points of the shears of the part, forming a protruding sharp angle. The shears of another connected part are cut at an angle of 120° from the upper and lower points of the shears of the part, forming a recess. An adhesive substance with viscosity parameters 2000,00-3000,00 MPa·s and a solidification temperature of 20-25°C is applied to the shears of the parts. The finished parts are connected line-on-line with a thread flat seam on a flat-seam machine. Additional sealing of the seam from the inside is performed by gluing a 13 mm wide thermal adhesive tape using a machine for seamless connection, while the sticking temperature is 165-170 ° C.

EFFECT: retention of the elasticity of the seam with a simultaneous increase in the stability of the connecting seams used in clothing to protect against the effects of the aquatic environment from monocomponent materials with a thickness of 7.00-15.00 mm with a multicomponent coating, to the intense effects of the aquatic environment, low temperatures, mechanical influences.
