SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to the production of fused protein containing CD55 sequence; it can be used for the treatment of tumor diseases, using oncolytic viruses. Fused protein is obtained in a recombinant way, which contains CD55 peptide sequence, a linker sequence, and CD8 transmembrane and intracellular domain sequences.
EFFECT: invention allows for the production of fused protein containing CD55, which is capable of inhibiting a human complement system, providing an enveloped oncolytic virus containing fused protein on its membrane with resistance to inactivation with normal human serum and improved clinical properties.
