FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates the erection of walls of residential and civil buildings using fixed formwork. Wall fixed concrete formwork for erection of wall structures comprises the following combined and connected elements: ordinary block, angular block and additional angular block. The blocks are made of concrete. The ordinary block contains parallel outer front and rear longitudinal walls connected by two parallel partitions, whereas the upper surface of the partition has chamfers 15 mm high at an angle of 45 degrees, turning into a groove with a radius of 8 mm. A connecting stepped surface is made on the side surface of the walls. The angular block is an angular structure and comprises the first parallel outer front and rear longitudinal walls, which are located at an angle of 90 degrees to the second parallel outer front and rear longitudinal walls, while the first and second outer front and rear longitudinal walls are each connected by two parallel partitions. On the upper surfaces of the partitions, chamfers 15 mm high are made at an angle of 45 degrees, turning into a groove with a radius of 8 mm, a connecting stepped surface is made on the side surface of the walls. The additional block angular is a hollow cubic structure, consisting of four walls, each located at an angle of 90 degrees to each other whereas two of the walls are front and two are back. Mounting connecting surfaces are made on the side surface of the front walls, and chamfers 15 mm high at an angle of 45 degrees are made on the upper surface of the front walls, turning into a groove with a radius of 8 mm. Blocks are installed on the finished foundation using adhesive. After the erection and installing of 4-5 rows of blocks, the masonry is reinforced and the cavities of the block are filled with concrete mixture whereas 2 types of reinforcement are used: horizontal and vertical.
EFFECT: increased formwork strength; acceleration of its installation during the construction of buildings; reducing the material consumption for the wall structure.
