FIELD: construction; applicable in erection of ground building in the regions with existing possibility of explosion effect, and natural phenomena accompanied by destruction of buildings, for instance, hurricanes tornadoes, storms, etc. SUBSTANCE: wall is made in form of well-type laying of two rows alternating with each other in wall height of corner, line, end and final blocks on mortar with seam binding. Height of each row is multiple to total value of height of blocks and thickness of mortar seam. Line and corner blocks are made of two side walls and, respectively, of two or three partitions forming two external, and, respectively, one or two internal hollows. End blocks are made of two side walls, one end wall and one partition forming one internal and one external hollows. Final blocks are made of one or two side walls and one end wall with foundation, respectively, of angle, or channel form of final blocks in plan. One or alternating rows is laid of line, corner and final blocks of channel form. The second row is composed of line, end and final blocks of angle form. Length of side walls of corner, end and final angle and channel form blocks equals, respectively, 1, 3/4, 1/2 and 1/4 of the length of line blocks. Wall has vertical spatial framework installed in wells formed by external and internal hollows of blocks and filled with light concrete. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 7 dwg
