FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for testing a turbojet engine to determine the main parameters when setting limiters that do not exceed the maximum permissible values. When implementing the method, a program for limiting the rotation speed of a low-pressure rotor is formed beforehand for this type of engine with a standard program for maintaining operational limits of the maximum values of the rotation speeds of low- and high-pressure rotors at the maximum operating mode of the engine, as well as a program for limiting the rotation speed of a low-pressure rotor with an increase relative to the initial one, then a representative number of engines of this type are tested, at which the thrust and rotation frequencies of the low- and high-pressure rotors are measured at the maximum mode, then the change in the rotation frequency of the high-pressure rotor and the change in thrust are determined. Further, for an engine that has at least one of the values of the rotation frequencies of the low-pressure and high-pressure rotors exceeded at the maximum mode during the standard program, the rotation frequency of the low-pressure rotor, the rotation frequency of the high-pressure rotor and the thrust at the maximum mode are measured, then the relative value of the deviation of the initial parameter from the limiter setting is determined, after which the smallest value of the limiters for a low-pressure rotor and a high-pressure rotor in absolute value is selected, which is later taken as a limiter. Next, the true thrust value is determined when the limiter settings do not exceed the maximum permissible values of the rotation speeds of the low- and high-pressure rotors at the maximum operating mode of the engine.
EFFECT: ensuring the determination of the main parameters of the engine, taking into account the maximum permissible values of the limiter settings.
