FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering. The device for starting the loaded mechanism includes an asymmetric planetary differential mounted on the drive shaft and having the ability to rotate around it, the input of which is connected to the drive shaft, one of its outputs is connected to the driven shaft, and the second output is connected to a controlled coupling clutch or overrunning clutch, the counterpart of which is connected to the housing, and with a power slipping clutch, the counterpart of which is connected to the drive shaft. During the start-up process, when the power slipping clutch is not turned on, the differential works as a gearbox, because the coupling or overrunning clutch does not provide rotation of the second output of the differential in the opposite direction, and after acceleration of the drive shaft, the clutch is disconnected and the power slipping clutch is turned on and when slipping in the clutch, further acceleration of the driven shaft occurs, while on the driven shaft, part of the rotational energy is transmitted through the differential gears, and another part through the general rotation of the drive shaft with the differential and the clutch, which leads to partial blocking of the differential when slipping in the clutch, and after acceleration, the entire mechanism rotates with the drive shaft as a whole.
EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of technical means is provided.
