FIELD: wireless communication systems.
SUBSTANCE: methods for detecting a suitable session parameter for a terminal device to effect data transmission as early as possible. According to the proposed method, the terminal device receives the first message, which contains the cause parameter, transmitted by the network device. The terminal device ignores or skips the use of a route selection descriptor (RSD) that does not match the cause parameter condition and/or a combination of parameter values that does not meet the cause parameter condition in the RSD, according to the cause parameter.
EFFECT: possibility of detecting a suitable session parameter for the terminal device as early as possible for data transmission.
