FIELD: protection from corrosion.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of protection of metals from corrosion using phosphate coatings and can be used in mechanical engineering, construction, shipbuilding, public utilities and for repair of parts and products. The method includes electrochemical deposition of coatings from an electrolyte, the electrolyte containing zinc oxide, phosphoric acid, trisodium phosphate, wherein the process is carried out at a temperature of 18-40°C with a cathode current density of 0.5-5 A/cm2 by the method of electrodeposition using a moving electrode-tool with a porous material impregnated with electrolyte, additionally containing trilon A, OS-20 preparation, ethyl alcohol, sodium nitrate and glycerin in the following ratio of components, g/l: zinc oxide 10-15, orthophosphoric acid 30-50, trisodium phosphate crystalline hydrate 30-50, sodium nitrate 25-30, ethyl alcohol 30-50, trilon A 5-7, preparation OS-20 0.5-1.0 and glycerol 1-2.
EFFECT: performance of local electrochemical phosphating of installed products without their dismantling, for example, during repair, the method also allows high-quality phosphating of products with complex configuration without a hot electrolyte bath.
