FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method includes electrolytic rubbing of surface with anode, to which electrolyte is supplied. Anode is represented by zinc granules placed in porous shell, which is filled with electrolyte. It contains the following components, g/l: zinc sulfate 350-600, sodium sulfate 40-100, boric acid 20-30, surfactant 0.5-5.0, nanopowder of aluminium oxide or zirconium oxide 0.5-50.
EFFECT: production of semi-glossy surfaces with improved microhardness, corrosion resistance at high speed of deposition, reduced material and power inputs in process of zinc coatings repair.
