FIELD: rocket technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rocket technology and may be used to create mixing heads of combustion chambers of liquid rocket engines (LRE). The mixing head of the LRE combustion chamber contains a housing with longitudinal grooves made on the inner surface, the grooves are evenly spaced along the circumference and are in communicating with the help of radial slots with the oxidizer cavity formed by the housing and a manifold fixed on housing outer surface, wherein the fuel cavity formed by the housing and housing bottom fixed to the housing end, communicates with the channels located between the longitudinal grooves and connected to the grooves by means of inclined holes, wherein the axes of holes intersect each other.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to ensure the stability of the combustion process of fuel components by stretching the combustion region of fuel components along the longitudinal axis of the mixing head.
