FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid-propellant rocket engines (LPRE), namely to gas generators generating gas for driving a turbopump unit. Gas generator comprises chamber and mixing head consisting of housing with fire and outer bottoms secured at its ends, oxidizer manifold arranged on outer cylindrical surface of housing. Between housing and fire bottom two-component nozzles are evenly arranged along concentric circles, consisting of a tip with a profiled axial channel for supply of fuel and inclined holes for supply of an oxidizer, located in its outlet part, and a prechamber. Prechamber represents a sleeve with tangential holes for oxidizer supply made in its inlet part. Between the nozzles on the fire bottom there are oxidizer sprayers made in the form of tubes plugged in the outlet part. Radial holes are made on the cylindrical surface of the tubes. Plugged ends and cylindrical parts with holes of sprayers are located in the cavity of the chamber, into which fuel combustion products from the prechambers are also supplied.
EFFECT: proposed is a gas generator.
