SUBSTANCE: invention relates to armature engineering, it is intended for use as a locking body for blocking the flow of the working medium in the pipelines of power plants. A locking valve contains a case with branch pipes, a cover, a locking body fixed to the stem, a support sleeve, which is installed in the inner cavity of the case from the side opposite to the locking body, and is equipped with a sealing seat made on the inner surface of the lower end and interacting with the locking body, and the upper end of the sleeve is in contact with the cover.

EFFECT: creation of a valve with expanded operational capabilities and maintainability due to the possible replacement of the recess part of the valve in the event of loss of its operability in the conditions of the object without carrying out labor-intensive repair work in the normal crowding of the object, for example, work on restoring the sealing surface of the seat of the support sleeve.
