FIELD: medicine; abdominal surgery.
SUBSTANCE: segment is cut out from the dilated part of the intestine on its own mesenteric vessels, then it is dissected, and the segment of the intestine is reconfigured by stitching it into a tube, either longitudinally or diagonally to restore the continuity of the intestinal tube by turning the elongated segment on the mesentery and performing its anastomosis with the ends of the intestinal tube. In the second option, oblique anastomoses are used. The ends of the elongated segment correspond to the lumens of the inlet and outlet ends of the intestinal tube.
EFFECT: method allows to lengthen the intestinal segment with the elimination of the mesentery tension, to simplify the operation technique, to prevent the formation of strictures in the area of anastomoses.
