SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of metal parts and can be used for punching. The device (1) contains a punch holder and a punching tool. The punch holder has a guiding body (4) with an assembly cavity configured to place a punching tool in it. A drive unit (6) equipped with a striker is connected to the body (4). A stopper is provided having first and second ends. The first end of the stopper is fixed inside the connecting cavity and is configured to receive the connecting end. The second end of the stopper is inserted into the stopper cavity. The second end is provided with first locking means located so as to adjoin the second locking means located in the hole of the locking cavity to prevent the stopper from leaving the said locking cavity and stopping the adjustment stroke of the punching tool.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to regulate and control the position of the punching device relative to the striker.
