SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely to the Lactobacillus crispatus KBL693 strain and to its application. Lactobacillus crispatus KBL693 strain (identification number KCTC 13519BP) in accordance with the present invention weakens allergic cellular reactions, significantly improves the symptoms of atopic dermatitis and has anti-inflammatory and antifungal effects. Thus, this single strain by itself can achieve all the goals of mitigating atopic dermatitis and other allergic diseases and improving the condition with inflammatory diseases and autoimmune diseases and thereby successfully find use as a probiotic substance.
EFFECT: this strain, based on its antifungal activity, can be successfully used as a means for external skin treatment against various skin diseases caused by fungi, as well as in a cosmetic composition and functional strip to soften skin sensitivity.
