SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the use of a pharmaceutical composition containing attenuated Streptococcus pneumoniae strain for the prevention or treatment of an inflammatory disease selected from asthma, pneumonia, sepsis, inflammatory bowel diseases, gastroenteritis, and colitis. At the same time, attenuated Streptococcus pneumoniae strain contains a mutant gene pep27, in which nucleotide residues are removed in positions 1-53 of a nucleotide sequence pep27 described in SEQ ID NO: 1.
EFFECT: specified pharmaceutical composition induces the immunization expression related to genes in the lung and spleen, thereby providing the prevention and/or treatment of inflammation-related diseases.
