The device contains a block for extracting the phase coordinates of an aircraft and flight modes, a block for sensing signals of dangerous situations, a block for extracting expert recommendations, a memory block, an indication board, a block for determining the minimum height to withdraw from a maneuver, a block for determining the minimum allowable overload, a comparison circuit, a difference circuit, a block formation of recommendations for the execution of the maneuver.

EFFECT: determination of the main characteristics of the rollover and the issuance of recommendations on the possibility of safely performing the rollover at the current phase coordinates of the aircraft.
