FIELD: aircraft flight safety technologies.
SUBSTANCE: method includes determining position of aircraft using navigation system, calculating parameters of current dynamic state of aircraft, calculating presumed trajectory, forming plan projection of relief, determining dangerous portions of relief and warning about message by signaling and video display of dangerous relief. After calculation of presumed trajectory, protective space for aircraft is formed and compared to relief. Profile and frontal projections of relief are synthesized by picking maximal heights of relief within limits of information scanning of relief elements in longitudinal and transverse directions relatively to flight direction of aircraft. Protective space is adapted to current dynamic state of aircraft. Then plan, profile and frontal projections of protective space are determined, combined with matching projections of relief, video display of combined plan, profile and frontal projections of relief and protective space is formed. Pilot is alerted to possible danger by video display of contact of profile projection of protective space with profile projection of relief and singling out aforementioned combined projections of dangerous relief elements within protective space on video display. Device for realization of method includes protective space forming device, video display extrapolation block, computing device for producing parameters of synthesized relief projections, forming devices for synthesized frontal and synthesized profile projections of relief, forming devices of plan, frontal and profile projections of protective space. Video generator is additionally provided with means for forming combined plan, combined frontal and combined profile projections of relief and protective space.
EFFECT: higher reliability, higher personnel and equipment safety, higher efficiency.
