FIELD: oil pipelines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of collapsible oil product pipelines from pipeline modules with a socket connection. The pipe fitting machine is a single mobile mechanism. The pump station 6 of the hydraulic distribution system is installed on the trailer chassis 1. The manipulator 2 for loading pipeline modules 19 into the storage hopper 3 is made in the form of vertical racks 7 limiting internal volume thereof. Racks 7 are rigidly fixed on a bearing two-axle frame 8 with support wheels 9, which in the working position is lowered to the ground using a hydraulic lever mechanism 10, controlled by the corresponding hydraulic cylinders 11. Sequential pipeline modules feeding devices 4 contain shaped guides 12 with arcuate protrusions forming an S-shaped channel for rolling pipeline modules 19 by gravity to the sprockets 13 of the dispenser, rigidly mounted on the shaft 14. The closure 21 is connected to the assembly line 5 and forms a channel therewith inclined towards the pipeline string for the longitudinal movement of pipeline modules.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of assembling connections of pipeline modules with simultaneous elimination of manual labor due to simplification of the design, as well as elimination of labor costs and time for preliminary layout of pipeline modules along the pipeline route.
