SUBSTANCE: method for the noise-proof transmission of sixteenth phase signals based on single-sideband modulation in short-wave radio channels, in which the information data stream is divided into information blocks of four bits, the mode of slow software tuning of the operating frequency is used for transmission, with each tuning to the next operating frequency based on a harmonic oscillation with a frequency of one kilohertz form a single-sideband modulation (SM) radio signal, while the choice of the upper (USB) or lower sideband (LSB) is determined based on the data of the information block, the time interval of operation at one frequency is divided into three time subcycles.

EFFECT: increase in the transmission rate of information blocks of data due to the use of multi-position signals in noise-protected short-wave channels.
