LOADER CRANES WITH CABLE DRIVE Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC B66C17/00 

FIELD: hoisting and transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: loader cranes with cable drive. The loader crane with cable drives consists of an automated control system, bridge (1) with rangefinders, handling winches (2) and additional handling winches (3). The bridge is made of the main - upper (4), and additional side frames (5), equipped with traverse (6), cargo trolley (7) with swivel grip (8). The bridge is equipped with additional trolleys - two large trolleys (9), each with two wheels, and two small (10) trolleys, each with one wheel. Two handling winches (2) are mounted on one of large trolleys (9), and it is also equipped with four additional handling winches (3), two of which are mounted on small trolleys (10). The main upper frame (4) is made in the form of a central beam and is supported by two large trolleys (9), to one of which, by means of beams (11), small trolleys (10) are attached. The working ends of the cables of all handling winches (2) and (3) are fixed on a cargo trolley (7) with a swivel grip (8).

EFFECT: increase of technical and operational efficiency of loader cranes with cable drives is achieved by uniform distribution of the handling load.
