SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to flue gas cleaning method, in particular to multiple pollutants flue gas joint cleaning method that relates to sintering devices technical field. The invention also relates to multiple pollutants flue gas joint cleaning plant. Multiple pollutants flue gas joint cleaning method and plant comprise the following: injecting ammonia gas into the initial flue gas; mixing ammonia gas with the initial flue gas; passing the gas mixture of ammonia gas and initial flue gas using a desulphurisation and adsorption device (1) in order to obtain fine desulphurisation of the initial flue gas; passing the flue gas through a SCR-denitrification unit (2) after fine desulphurisation is performed in order to obtain denitrification of the flue gas; passing the flue gas through a catalytic CO oxidation unit (3) after denitrification is performed in order to remove CO from the flue gas. Before the flue gas denitrification, the flue gas shall be fine desulphurised to prevent the SCR catalyst sulphur dioxide poisoning, to improve desulphurisation and denitrification efficiency, to reduce plant operating costs and to improve product quality.
EFFECT: inventions group is deep flue gas desulphurisation performed by means of desulphurisation and adsorption performed before flue gas denitrification, which prevents the SCR catalyst sulphur dioxide poisoning, increases desulphurisation and denitrification efficiency, reduces plant production costs and improves product quality.
