FIELD: separation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to apparatuses for purification of flue gas using activated carbon, related to apparatuses for purification of flue gas with use of activated carbon and suitable for purification of air pollution and in particular, to a system for desulphurisation, denitrification and removal of ammonia for purification of flue gas from the agglomeration processes, and relates to the field of environmental protection. The system comprises an adsorption column, a desorption column, a distributor, a first activated carbon conveyor, and a second activated carbon conveyor. The flue gas inlet is provided on one side of the adsorption column. The flue gas outlet is provided on the other side of the adsorption column. An adsorption chamber and an ammonia removal chamber are provided inside the adsorption column. The adsorption chamber is located on the side close to the flue gas inlet. The ammonia removal chamber is located on the side close to the flue gas outlet. The first activated carbon conveyor is connected with the outlet for the adsorption column material and with the inlet for the distributor material. The second activated carbon conveyor is connected with the outlet for the desorption column material and with the inlet for the adsorption chamber material. The outlet for the distributor material is connected with the inlet for the ammonia removal chamber material and with the inlet for the desorption column material, respectively. In this claim, the adsorption column is divided into two functional areas: the adsorption chamber performs the functions of desulphurisation, denitrification and removal of dust, and the ammonia removal chamber is filled with fresh activated carbon or acidic activated carbon and captures ammonia from the flue gas passed through the adsorption reaction layer, thereby effectively preventing volatilisation of ammonia at the outlet.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures an efficient process of denitrification, desulphurisation, and removal of ammonia for purification of flue gas.
