SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry. In compliance with this invention, first denitrification reagent 1 is introduced into zone wherein flue gases 2 feature temperature of 800°C to 1100°C. Sulfur oxide content control reagent 3 is introduced into zone with temperature of 500°C to 1100°C to make said gases circulate in the boiler or waste has heater. Denitrification second reagent 4 is introduced into zone with flue gas temperature of 60°C to 500°C to make said gases circulate through electric filter 103 integrated with catalytic reactor 104. Flue gases passed through reactor 104 are analysed at measuring the concentration of at least one of the following gases, N2O, NH3 and CO, to remove at least a portion of acidic contaminants, in particular, SO2 and HCl.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
