FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine, in particular to the treatment of cattle leptospirosis. The method includes the use of hyperimmune anti-leptospirosis serum, which is subcutaneously injected once, an antibiotic, an antiseptic, complexes of vitamins and microelements. At the same time, “Menbutyl” hepatoprotective agent is additionally used, which is intramuscularly injected to an animal once a day at a dose of 35 cm³ per an animal during 5 days, as well as “Mixoferon” immunomodulator intramuscularly injected twice with an interval of 48 hours at a dose of 1 cm³ per one animal. As the antiseptic, animals are given for ten days an aqueous silver solution containing 0.8 mg of silver ions per 100 ml of water in amount of 19-20 cm³; the hyperimmune anti-leptospirosis serum is injected at a dose of 0.5 cm³ per 1 kg of the animal weight. As the antibiotic, “Streppen LA” preparation is used, which is intramuscularly injected 5 times with an interval of 72 hours at a dose of 1.0 cm³ per 20 kg of the animal weight until clinical signs disappear, and as the vitamin complex, “Helsivit” preparation is used, intramuscularly injected twice with an interval of 7 days at a dose of 6 cm³ per an animal, and as the microelement complex, “Kalfoset®” preparation is used, which is intramuscularly injected once at a dose of 25 cm³ per an animal.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of treatment.
