FIELD: storage of gases.
SUBSTANCE: valve controls release of fluid medium under pressure in cylinders (4), and comprises housing (2) with inlet opening (3) and outlet opening (5) for fluid medium. Movement of sealing plunger (6) defined by release means (7) opens or closes the fluid passage. Release means (7) are pneumatic and comprise pneumatic starting hole (11) with one-way valve (12) and tight chamber (10) connected to said sealing plunger (6) such that they determine fluid medium pressure control in outlet (5), and so that pressure at outlet is set by control pneumatic pressure regardless of inlet pressure of fluid medium coming from cylinder (4). Release means (7) comprise pressure cartridge (8) with compressed gas connected to electric and manual actuator (9) external to housing (2), and tight chamber (10), which is connected to sealing plunger (6) by means of piston (14), which moves depending on pressure applied to said sealed chamber (10) and in turn transmits movement of rod (15) connected to said sealing plunger (6). Constant flow valve comprises built-in spring (16), which supports sealing valve plunger (6) in closed position, when pressure in pneumatic starting hole (11) and in sealed chamber (10) is equal to zero, or when cylinder (4) is empty.
EFFECT: technical result is providing pressure at the outlet regardless of the inlet pressure of the fluid coming from the balloon.
