FIELD: agricultural machinery.

SUBSTANCE: flat cutter contains a frame, chassis, loosening working bodies in the form of lancet paws fixed on C-shaped racks. A movable swivel beam is mounted on the frame, which is fixed on it by means of swivel hydraulic cylinders. At the ends of the swivel bar on the crosspieces, side swivel bars are mounted, at the second ends of which technological wheels are mounted by means of parallelogram mechanisms and lanyards. Transport wheels are mounted on the front walls of the side swivel bars. The extreme ends of the side swivel bars are connected to the front part of the frame by braces made of two parts: the front and short ones, where traps are mounted, latches with springs connected through compensating springs by cables to the swivel bar, and the rear long ones, some ends of which are movably connected to U-shaped leashes movably mounted on the front of the frame, while other ends are movably fixed to the ends of the side swivel bars. The long rear parts of the braces, feature horizontal axes next to the vertical axes of the connection of these parts of the braces with the U-shaped leashes. The frame at the rear is mounted on wheels by means of knee-shaped levers and lanyards. Sections of working bodies are mounted on the swivel bar and side swivel bars by means of clamps through spring sheets; they consist of leashes, on which C-shaped flexible racks are installed one after another. The rear C-shaped flexible tine is mounted below the front one by 0.5 of the maximum tillage depth; the C-shaped flexible tines on the leashes are fixed by brackets with axles and ladders, the front brackets are equipped with springs. Lancet legs are mounted at the lower ends on the front C-shaped flexible struts; and on the rear C-shaped flexible struts, spears are mounted on the lower ends.

EFFECT: increased transmission of vibrations generated in the tool to the working bodies, which significantly reduces energy consumption for tillage and improves the quality of its cultivation.
