Abstract RU 2792239 C2

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to heterologous chimeric proteins containing an extracellular domain of a colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R) and their use for simultaneous masking of an immune-inhibitory signal and activation of an immune-stimulating signal in the treatment of cancer; to nucleic acid encoding the mentioned heterologous chimeric proteins; to a host cell expressing the mentioned heterologous chimeric proteins; to a pharmaceutical composition containing therapeutically effective amount of the mentioned heterologous chimeric protein and its use for modulation of an immune response and treatment of cancer; to recombinant hybrid protein for simultaneous masking of an immune-inhibitory signal and activation of an immune-stimulating signal and its use a drug in the treatment of cancer.

EFFECT: invention is an effective immune-therapeutic remedy combining several therapeutic mechanisms.
