SUBSTANCE: module has a protective housing accommodating at least one data processing and conversion unit, an operating parameter control unit, sensors for detecting temperature, moisture, input voltage, vibration, opening of doors of the housing and identifying an electronic key, the output of which is connected to the corresponding data input of the operating parameter control unit, at least an uninterrupted power supply with an adapter, video cameras of the video surveillance system of the facility, a unit of interfaces and an Ethernet switch connected to the network channel for transmitting data with the hardware-software complex of the automated workstation of an operator of the situation security centre of the road department and/or with the hardware-software complex of the automated workstation of an operator of the facility.
EFFECT: high reliability of monitoring the state of technical security equipment owing to centralisation of monitoring the state of components on facilities, high reliability of operation of the module itself owing to introduction of an operating parameter control unit.
