SUBSTANCE: humidifiers placed on heating elements and containing a housing in the form of a box with slots made in the upper part on the front side and with an open rear side, a water tank located in the lower part. Air humidifier consists of a housing in the form of a box with slots made in the upper part on the front side and with an open rear side, a water tank located in the lower part of the box, an evaporative filter located and fixed with the upper part in the box, and with the lower part located in the reservoir for water. The evaporative filter is made in the form of a rigid frame, in which a plurality of thin plates are installed, made of a hygroscopic material having fibers that provide a capillary effect. The plates are arranged parallel to each other and perpendicular to the front side of the housing. The rigid frame of the evaporative filter has a comb designed to fix the thin evaporative filter plates and ensure the same distance between them.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of water evaporation from the humidifier without the use of electrical elements.
